Store Policies

 

General Information:

1. The color shown on the products are an approximation of the original colors, and are variable with your monitor and/or graphic card.
2. Please note, all prices, product availability, descriptions and colors are subject to changes without notice. Please check or confirm current information at the time of purchase.
3. You will receive an order confirmation after you placed the order on-line. If you find any information is entered incorrectly, contact us immediately, we are not liable for any incorrect information provided.
4. Please be aware that orders ship to outside USA may require additional duties and customs clearing fees not associated with the purchase prices. 

Shipping

1. We ship all orders within 6-10 business days upon receipt of the order and payment.  Bay Home & Linens is closed on Saturday, Sunday and all Holidays. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.  Tracking information information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please provide us your most up-to-date e-mail address for this purpose.
2. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx/USPS services within the Continental United States.
3. Shipping rates shown on the order form are estimated ground shipping charges to provide you information on average shipping costs. The correct shipping charge will be adjusted after the order has processed to reflect the actual shipping rate.
4. We can not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
5. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed on the first following business day. No deliveries will be made on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
6. We are not responsible for shipping carrier' delays, losses or damages during transportation.
7. If you feel that it is not safe to leave the package(s) at your front door,  request the "signature required" service (extra $2.00 per package) or buy insurance for your package.
8. If your package(s) is lost during the shipping process - the carrier may only reimburse up to US$100 per package. We are not responsible for lost package(s) .
9. We or the carrier are not responsible for packages safely delivered to your shipping address but lost due to non-pickup by the customer.

Return Policy: 

All deflects/returns must be reported to us via-Email within 2 business days from the date you receive the shipment for us to issue an Return Authorization#. No return will be accepted without a pre-approved RA#.

1. Defective: If the package(s) are damaged at the time you accept the package(s), please report the damage immediately to the carrier's driver to file a claim. Bay Home and Linens is not responsible for the carrier delays or damage during the transportation.
2. We inspect all our products before we ship. However, if you still receive merchandise with manufacturer's defect, we will replace or credit your account upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please return all claimed defect items in its original package or the returns will be be accepted by our Receiving Dept. and no credit will be issued.
3. Please note all returns are subject to a $15.00 or 25% re-stocking fee which ever is greater. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
4. Please note - refused, unclaimed or undeliverable orders are subject to $15.00 or 25% re-stocking charge which ever is greater.
