Love it but disappointed

I LOVE the look and the soft feel of this coverlet. I waited over a year to purchase after falling in love with it in a furniture store. Unfortunately, after washing it upon arrival (I haven't even placed it on my bed yet), there are at least 3 places where the decorative stitching is coming loose. This won't affect the function of it but will affect its appearance. I am very disappointed that I spent so much money on this item that I loved and it is already losing its stitching.
